Edwards Houseshares Limited is a family run business that manages our own portfolio of HMO properties in Stafford. We have approximately 55 rooms in total, all with ST16 postcodes. The rooms are rented furnished and on a bills all included basis, in houses which are fully equipped for shared living and have communal spaces. We are experienced landlords who have managed over 400 previous tenants since 2013. We have built our business in Stafford because we live here too and have a strong understanding of the local market, key employers and the town itself. We also find this enables us to be responsive as landlords because we live nearby.
